Re-using the existing cinder block building to create Villa Northport, a cozy and comfortable family vacation home. Carefully maintaining the proportions and materiality of the original structure we re-planned the interior and added a generous covered patio to create more living space. Another major component of the project is to restore the surrounding landscape, purging the site of invasive species and utilizing plants to purify the soil.
